The Prophets of these so called religions that claim they are the last prophet are only saying that to secure power for themselves and their philosophy for future generations to come. They are really not from God. They are power seekers and are afraid that a new prophet will take away their turf. Ever notice how these so called prophets receive revelations from angels when no one else is around to observe? How convenient. Is any religion that claims their prophet is the last prophet a false religion?
No....a religion by definition is the organized system of belief in a god or gods. Just because they have different prophets doesn't mean they are false religions. Is any religion that claims their prophet is the last prophet a false religion?
1) Is any religion that claims their prophet is the last prophet a false religion?
Not necessarily.
2) The Prophets of these so called religions that claim they are the last prophet are only saying that to secure power for themselves and their philosophy for future generations to come.
Evidence supporting this claim?
3) Ever notice how these so called prophets receive revelations from angels when no one else is around to observe? How convenient.
That is not always the case - is it? Yes, usually, I know - but not always, right?

It is not a false religion. The fact of the matter is that the term religion is almost all inclusive from buddhist to christian and everything in between. Etymology wise religion means to bind back. Now that the word religion has been taken care of Lets look at the word prophet.
A Prophet is a person who speaks for God or a deity, or by divine inspiration. this is the first and simplest answer as to what a prophet is. Divine Inspiration is the tricky part of that answer in that how does one prove it or that one talks to and receives answers from a divine source? another way to mean Prophet is proph膿t膿s, interpreter of a god's will. So , any religion that claims their prophet is the last prophet may not be false however maybe the idea that it is the last prophet is a false claim or exaggerated claim
The Last prophet is Prophit Mohmad and it is true.
Eshwar, Allah, Jesus Etc..... in whar ever the name you call, all were human beings like us and by seeing common people here on the Earth, they started thinking how to controll and avoid people doing wrong things.
They became more clever and smart, tried to deviate people attention towards them and started preeching how a human has to be and what he/she should do or follow.
the false religion has been in place for centuries, please compare Scripture with Scripture (Daniel/Revelations) and then read Rev 18:4, a loving warning from Jesus :-) God Bless
when you meet yojur maker only then will you descover the answer for this.
bible addendum #1 ';then man looked up at the heavens and asked 'can we think for ourselves now please'';
John The Baptist was the LAST prophet! Period!! ';IT IS FINISHED';!! (All the other's anymore are false!!)
Don't blame you for being confused since your from New Delhi.... to many religions going on...

NO.
no....this is too vague...since JESUS THERE werent any...just disciples..
Looks like you have two different points being made here. First of all I would agree that no prophet so far has been the ';last'; prophet. As Moses said, I would that all the people were prophets. (paraphrasing here) Anyone can get to that point with enough effort. Also revelations talks about two witnesses, they witness for Christ and have the power of God to go with it. They will surely be prophets themselves.
That leads into the other point your making when you surmise that it is very convenient that they receive revelations from people when no one else is around, implying it is false. I agree and disagree. For the false prophets, yes it sure is convenient.
But for the true ones it would be a lot easier for the prophet if the angels did appear to everyone, seeing as the number one killer of true prophets is martyrdom. I'm sure they would love to avoid the unpleasantness of being sawn in half or whatever the popular execution of the day may be.
Secondly and more importantly the whole point of calling a prophet is because the majority of people generally are NOT righteous enough to see angels for themselves. They don't care enough or have enough faith. That is the prophets job in a sense, to help them get to that point.
But no, I would say it's terribly inconvenient for the prophets and makes their jobs much harder. That is why so many prophets have to seal the truthfulness of their words with their own blood. Because no wicked man claiming to be of God just to get power and wealth would suffer to death for it. In the end, their life is worth more to them than even their power and wealth. So if a man dies for what he believes in, and everyone knows you can't take it with you, so he/she must truly believe in what they are saying.
Peace.
I don't believe this is necessarily true. I don't follow any church that has a prophet that makes this claim. I simply compare what the prophet has to say with the Bible and expose them as false prophets, or I see that their prophecy is not being fulfilled. Also a good sign is what you said. Paying for prophecy is really a red flag.
So there can be true prophets. The Bible does not exclude the possiblity of prophecy in the future. Read Revelations.
Note that there is prophecy that is ';sealed';, and that it says John will prophesy again before many nations.
And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not. And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer: But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets. And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth. And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey. And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter. And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.
