In my own understanding of the truth I'm going to tell you something profound, kid. There will come a time in every single human beings' life when reality as we once knew it will change immensely causing a lot of people to lose faith in a savior because they will be tested without notice by the Heavens and the underworld. Everything in our lives must change by our ';Fathers''; standards. In other words we simply have to ';cleanse'; our selfish,sinful,savage hearts to be accepted into the kingdom of Heaven. The anti-christ at no point in time was ever real at all,only mans' prideful tongue seperates his spirit from ';Our Father which art in Heaven';.How do you know if a church is the anti Christ or follows a false prophet? TV evangelists are con men and go against anything holy. Read about the scams these folks pull on people.
you listen to your heart and your intuition...thats how god speaks to us...not through a book written by men to control men!
Have to agree with nosey. Use your own best judgment arrived at by listening to God's Voice within your soul. Don't use some book as a crutch.
Read 1Tim Ch 4 thru Ch 6. Titus also is good reading on this subject. 1Jn Ch 1 and 2, esp 1Jn 2:3-6 Teaching and keeping the 10 Commandments is a criteria. Isa 28:10,13. Jn 14:15-18. Eze 36:26-28. Job 28 (an end time issue all through Scritpure). Job 28:12,13,23. Heb 8. (God puts His law in our minds and writes on our heart. New Covenant) - Old Covenant He wrote on tablets of stone, Jews couldn't keep them of themselves. God Bless you and I pray God enlighens you!
I'm not Christian, but my answer to your question is that you never really know. I believe that if YOU really believe then you don't have to worry about following false prophets, since your heart will guide you. Again, I'm not Christian, but my sisters are and I have answer this question before. They live with more peace knowing that their God looks at their actions and not their church. Follow your God and he will grant you blessings in over abundance.
