Why do Christians call other religion's god and prophet false god and false prophet?

only by christians muslims and jews any thing except by their god is sent for religion is false they are a bunch of narrow minded people who have war over religion and this is what their god did to people





It always amazes me how many times this God orders the killing of innocent people even after the Ten Commandments said “Thou shall not kill”. For example, God kills 70,000 innocent people because David ordered a census of the people (1 Chronicles 21). God also orders the destruction of 60 cities so that the Israelites can live there. He orders the killing of all the men, women, and children of each city, and the looting of all of value (Deuteronomy 3). He orders another attack and the killing of “all the living creatures of the city: men and women, young, and old, as well as oxen sheep, and asses” (Joshua 6). In Judges 21, He orders the murder of all the people of Jabesh-gilead, except for the virgin girls who were taken to be forcibly raped and married. When they wanted more virgins, God told them to hide alongside the road and when they saw a girl they liked, kidnap her and forcibly rape her and make her your wife! Just about every other page in the Old Testament has God killing somebody! In 2 Kings 10:18-27, God orders the murder of all the worshipers of a different god in their very own church! In total God kills 371,186 people directly and orders another 1,862,265 people murdered.











The God of the Bible also allows slavery, including selling your own daughter as a sex slave (Exodus 21:1-11), child abuse (Judges 11:29-40 and Isaiah 13:16), and bashing babies against rocks (Hosea 13:16 %26amp; Psalms 137:9).











This type of criminal behavior should shock any moral person. Murder, rape, pillage, plunder, slavery, and child abuse can not be justified by saying that some god says it’s OK. If more people would actually sit down and read the Bible there would be a lot more atheists like myself.











Jesus also promoted the idea that all men should castrate themselves to go to heaven: ';For there are eunuchs, that were so born from their mother's womb: and there are eunuchs, that were made eunuchs by men: and there are eunuchs, that made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.'; (Matthew 19:12 ASV) I don't know why anyone would follow the teachings of someone who literally tells all men to cut off their privates.Why do Christians call other religion's god and prophet false god and false prophet?
Because that's what the Heavenly Father calls them.Why do Christians call other religion's god and prophet false god and false prophet?
To prevent people from waffling and being indecisive. The idea is to choose a path and move forward steadily, not waste time by jumping from side to side when it comes to choosing a spiritual direction.
Because Jesus said He is the only way. If He is the only way then all other ways must be false.
Not all Christians do this. Those of us that listen to Jesus know better than to judge other people. However, we as Christians would not recognize other religion's gods as a god because that would go against our beliefs.
Ten Commandments as found in Exodus 20---


1 And God spoke all these words:


2 ';I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.





3 ';You shall have no other gods before [a] me.





4 ';You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. 5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 6 but showing love to a thousand {generations} of those who love me and keep my commandments.





7 ';You shall not misuse the name of the LORD your God, for the LORD will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.





8 ';Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. 9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10 but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your manservant or maidservant, nor your animals, nor the alien within your gates. 11 For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.

Jesus, who is the Word of God and the Son of God and shares His Godhood with God the Father and the Holy Spirit, said that He is the way, the truth and the light....no man cometh to the Father but by Him.


The Bible has other passages regarding false prophets...if they prophecy something in the name of God that does not come true, it is not from God and they should be put to death. God's Word is always true. He never lies, that is of the devil who is the father of lies.
Pure arrogance
There is only one God and He is a jealous God.
Because if you truly believe that your religion is the truth, then all other religions must false... It makes perfect logical sense.
Because they are insecure in their own beliefs and thus feel threatened by beliefs that oppose theirs.





Thankfully, this does not apply to all Christians. Many of the Christians I know are happy to allow others to follow their faith in peace.





';There is only one God and He is a jealous God.';


Then why do you worship Him? Doesn't sound like a perfect deity to me.
Because that is what Christ said, and we who are Christians follow Christ.
